You may already be familiar with GoCardless and is used by more than 25,000 businesses, and uses military grade encryption to keep your details safe. It’s also regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. It’s a bit like Paypal – fully encrypted and secure, and no money can be taken without you having set up the Direct Debit authority.
When we know your child is happy and settled at class we will start the payment process.
We take payment in advance, we do this on a half termly basis.
You will be sent a link to sign up to GoCardless.
Please note that the link will expire after three days, so it is really important that you access your emails after the phone call with our Principal when we check in after your child’s taster session.
This is a really straightforward process.
Once you are signed up, we will raise a credit request for the sessions within the first half term of tuition. You will receive a copy of this by email and the credit request will be submitted to your bank, via GoCardless to take the payment.
At the beginning of each half term, we will repeat this process.
Your Principal Director will walk you through the automated sign up and payment processes if you have any difficulties.
