Meet The Principal Director

Hello and welcome to Conexus Preston West and South Ribble. If you are considering tuition for your young person then you’ve found exactly the right place to begin their journey.

Our goal is straightforward: to develop confident and skilled young learners who enjoy what they do and the results they achieve. During my 15-year career as a teacher and senior leader, I’ve learned how to get the most out of all the different personalities that working with children presents. It is a joy to work with children and see them thrive, and this is at the heart of everything we do. Yes, whether your child is studying for SATs, GCSEs, 11+, or A-Levels, we focus on improving their academic ability. We know exactly where to guide the children in order for them to excel at what they are doing because of our qualified teachers. But we are more than that; at Conexus, we want to boost their confidence, resilience, and self-worth.

I live in the area and am deeply committed to ensuring that as many of our young people as possible have access to excellent education. Come to one of our sessions and you will notice the buzz we create around learning and growing. We can’t wait to have you join us on this exciting journey.

What Do Our Parents Say?

What a first impression!

Her tutor and the team were so welcoming and lovely. She came out FULL of a newfound confidence and bouncing about what she had learnt. I am thrilled.
After a while of homeschooling our daughter we decided to get some extra help and enrolled our daughter into the online classes! The tutor was excellent with her and tailored the learning to her level! Would definitely recommend
My daughter started Maths and English tuition in October to help with her grades and confidence ahead of her GCSE’s this Spring. School have failed her and she really needed a confidence boost. She gets on really well with the tutors and they have faith that she will achieve the grades she needs. I highly recommend Conexus and feel also they are very competitively priced compared to other tutors I’ve looked at
My Yr11 son has really benefited from the maths and English tuition. He’s only been going for one term and his mocks results have significantly improved, and he’s found such confidence and interest in maths that he now plans to study it at A level. He likes the teachers and is happy to attend, and the sessions are very good value compared to other tuition options.
They are super flexible in their methods, friendly and approachable. A absolute must for anyone worried, struggling, or just looking for a boost of confidence! If you’re looking for a tutoring service that truly understands dyslexia and is passionate about helping students succeed, this is the place to go! 😊
My daughter has started some extra tuition lessons, weekly here with Conexus. (Ready for her year 6 mock exams in May.) Shes enjoying it that much, that she wanted to attend the extra Easter half term sessions in the holidays. Thank you to Kevin and the rest of the staff. For making it enjoyable, and easy to learn. We would highly recommend!
My son has been attending tuition sessions for 6 weeks now and he’s starting to see the results when sitting school tests. He’s gaining confidence in answering exam questions and his grades are starting to improve. He enjoys the sessions and his teachers. This is a great idea to give the kids a little leg up and boost their confidence
My daughter has had a few sessions here and absolutely loves it. she suffers with anxiety and doesn't like being around new people. however she came out of her 1st session with a big smile on her face telling me all about how well she'd done and how she was looking forward to going back. I met the teachers and they are so friendly, welcoming and informative, I would definitely recommend conexus to any family looking for tuition
