As a local Maths teacher living and working in the area for over 18 years, I have the necessary skills, experience and understanding to deliver specialist small group tuition to all ages.  My tuition classes have enabled students to build success and confidence in all aspects of education and exam preparation.

What we offer:

Small group tuition (no more than 6 in a group) in the following areas:

·       Secondary Maths (Higher and Foundation)

·       AS and A-Level Maths

·       Secondary English

·       Secondary Science (including Triple Science)

·       Primary age tuition (delivered by a specialist Primary teacher)

·       I have held a range of positions within maths departments including Numeracy Co-Ordinator, Head of Key Stage 4, Raising Achievement Co-Ordinator, Lead Practitioner and Head of Department

·       The tutors I work with have all held similar roles within their subjects 

·       ALL tutors are fully qualified subject and age-related specialists

·       ALL tutors have experience in marking and moderating exam papers for exam boards

·       ALL tutors are fully DBS certified

·       All venues are in the local areas of both secondary and primary schools

·       We are a fully accredited provider of the Government-backed National Tutoring Programme (NTP) which is in place to provide quality education and intervention to disadvantaged children throughout the country.

Our story so far…….

·       Our first classes launched in March 2022 in two venues with two teachers

·       We now have after-school classes in three venues serving both Oldham and Rochdale

·       Our classes have now grown to about 70 students per week across these venues

·       We currently work with ten tutors, all subject specialists and fully recruited using the “safer recruitment” criteria

·       We have created working links with several large organisations including Morrisons and Co-Op supermarkets

·       We have collected and fund-raised for the chosen charities of these organisations including “MIND” and “Together for Short Lives”

·       We have supported and promoted local businesses through our community work

·       We have donated to, and collected for, local causes and events in aid of fundraising for local school children (Please see link below to the article):
