About Conexus Tuition

Our Head Office is located at Rutherford House which is in the heart of Birchwood Business Park in Cheshire.  We are seated on the M62 and are accessible from all major routes. Our facilities are second to none and offer flexible working space and training suites for all our tutors and Principal Directors.

Working from Head Office are a dedicated team of people whose sole role is to support schools for the duration of their time with the NTP.

Meet the Team

Sharon Cawley

Managing Director

My main role is to support our franchise teams to provide excellent tuition; to grow their businesses and develop themselves to become amazing and leaders. I also market the Conexus Tuition brand, which we are very proud of and increase awareness of the company and promote our values.

An important part of my role is to make sure the systems and standards that we use are up to date and current, ensuring that we are delivering the most up to date curriculum requirements.

My aim and goals are to improve the opportunities for young people through the vehicle of education and qualifications.   This is the driver that moves me forward. I am very proud of everything we have achieved and look forward to achieving more high standards and success in the future.

Sarah Dunwood

Franchise Operations Manager

As an ex-deputy headteacher, SENCO and Business Studies teacher of 26 years, working for Conexus is the best of both my worlds. I still get to work with young people but at the same time utilise my experience as a business coach.
 
I have the overarching responsibility for the franchise operations across the UK. My main role is to develop the individual businesses of our franchisees so that they grow and scale to the maximum capacity, reaching as many young people as possible.
 
I am proud to be responsible for the training and development of our Principal Directors but more importantly, my role is to ensure that the exceptional quality of tuition is maintained across all our classes.

Elise Waldman

Business Development Manager

As ex SENCO and long serving primary school teacher, I am passionate about helping young people reach their true potential through the power of education.
 
My role at Conexus Tuition is to oversee the Head Office projects and operations, to ensure that our brand and business is developing and evolving in line with our values and goals.
 
It has always been a privilege to serve young people in the community, and to do this at a national level is a responsibility that I relish.

James Masterson

IT, Systems and Development Manager

I have worked in IT for three years, developing systems for public sector organisations and private companies.

My role is the oversight of the IT systems and processes that support our activities and the work of our Principal Directors.  I am the in-house expert for the website and other key systems, such as our Franchisee HelpDesk.  I also work closely with our Designated Data Protection Officer to ensure that everything we do is GDPR compliant.
